This is a phishing attempt first reported to CSULB ITS on October 12, 2015.

Sent: Monday, October 12, 2015 11:11 AM
Subject: Email Block and Blacklisted
The user receives an email with various inconsistent claims such as their email has been blocked and to click on a link to unlock their messages. The link goes to a fraudulent site which already has been identified as unsafe by major browsers. Recipients of this fraudulent email are advised to mark this as junk.
Intent of the Email
The sender is likely attempting to collect password information to access email accounts for their own malicious purposes.
