This is a phishing attempt first reported to CSULB ITS on July 17, 2015.

Subject: Microsoft Outlook.
The user receives an email indicating they must re-activate their Microsoft email account to upgrade it to Outlook 2015. Use is instructed to click on a link to provide information. The link goes to a fraudulent site, which has been reported to the host website company as abuse.
Intent of the Email
The sender is attempting to obtain account information for their own malicious purposes.
