Purpose

Even when selecting names directly from the global address list and the address shows correctly in the "To:" field/line, it still may use an outdated address, from suggested contacts. These instructions show you how to remove addresses from your suggested contacts list.

In Outlook 2010 (full client)

  1. Click on "Contacts" in the lower left corner.
