This is a phishing attempt first reported to CSULB ITS on July 9, 2018.

Subject: Outlook Exceeded


Summary

The fraudulent email comes from an account that claims to be the Office365 team. The email states that the recipient has reached their maximum email storage limit and is instructed to click on the link provided in the email to fill out a form to request more storage space. The page has been taken down by web page developers.

Intent of the Email

The phisher/sender is attempting to capture email account credentials for their own malicious purposes.
