This is a phishing attempt first reported to CSULB ITS on May 20, 2017.

Summary

This email notifies the customer of a name change request and leads them to a fake Outlook Web App (OWA) page to cancel the request.  The fake OWA page looks similar to the CSULB OWA page.

Intent of the Email

The sender may be attempting to install malware or capture personal account information for their own malicious purposes.
