This is a phishing attempt first reported to CSULB ITS on October 6, 2015.

The user receives an email claiming their email account is inactive and click on a link to reactivate the account. The link goes to a fraudulent site containing a form, which requests the user to enter their email account credentials. The site appears to be blocked by some internet providers, such as Internet Explorer.
Intent of the Email
The sender is attempting to collect password information to access email accounts for their own malicious purposes.
