This is a phishing attempt first reported to CSULB ITS on July 22, 2015.

Sent: Wednesday, July 22, 2015 4:22 PM
Subject: Address Discrepancy
The user receives an email indicating that a delivery to their destination failed. It instructs to download an attached file to print a mailing label to enable the collection of the supposed package. The file is from an unknown source and could potentially install malicious code on the user's computer. Recipients of this fraudulent email are advised to mark this as junk.
Intent of the Email
The sender is possibly attempting to install viruses or code for their own malicious purposes.
